Question 1: We heard that before starting CPETIC you were working as a project manager for various global companies like FLSmidth and LOESCHE GmbH. what change your mind to start your own organization?
Answer: I am working on this Cement and Minerals sector for last three decades. I started my career in FLS in Design department as a Trainee. During my tenure in FLS which had last for two decades, I had to travel in Europe, US and Middle East countries as part of my business activities. When I was working in Loesche as Global Head of Engineering, I used to travel in Europe countries. During Interaction with Engineering companies in these countries, I always fascinated by the quality and Innovation of Engineering demonstrated there. The absence of Engineering Innovation in India is a big concern for me always. Even though, Indian communities are having most sophisticated and advanced Knowledge in the World from ancient times.. After few centuries later, Commonly Our Engineering companies are not able to become centric in World, because we have become merely followers of olden rules, no courage to take risks.
We have established our Company CPETIC in 2015, to give new directions to the Engineering practices, which leads to innovation. No one is less innovative than any others, but due to lack of initiative from our companies, we always fall behind the world standard. The Vision and Mission of our company is to present an Indian Company in the Global map of cement Industry, as a leading Technology adviser and Trend setter in this sector. To date , our achievements have helped us to catch up with the rest of the world in its drive to innovate. We are not content to rest on our laurels, basking in the glory of what we have achieved. We are constantly striving to apply new innovations in our project models to provide cost effective solutions to clients. This making us to expand our markets and promote our competitiveness on the International stage
Answer: Environmental protection is always must be a concern and need to be practiced at any place and at any time. The life of the planet is very precision one and If the life of the planet is to be sustained, the environmental protection must be a continuous process. When we do execute our projects, we always design the system with top priority for Environmental protection. We are taking lot of initiatives to develop low capex project models for Environmental protection. Some of them are :
Answer: In my personal career, I have executed more than fifty complete integrated cement plant projects of higher capacities , which spread across many countries in the world and more than 30 cement grinding units worldwide. We also get involved in upgradation and Modification of cement projects. All of my projects, I have executed so far, very high priority and Importance is given to Environmental protection.
Answer: This kind of incidents actually never happened. The clients are also having equal concern about emissions polluting the environment. But it is sole responsibility of the Technologists like us to provide design model and subsequent improvement in the Existing model often with improvement.
Answer: We are Technologists working in Cement sector, with a focus on every day development on working models. On every working model, we are not compromising the Environmental protection. One of the biggest critical sustainability issues faced by us, the reduction of CO2 emissions and other airborne pollutants from energy intensive processes. It is huge responsibility of companies like us to accept the challenges and invent new technologies for reducing pollution.
Answer: Our Management has taken initiatives to involve in Research and Development activities. We are opening a Global R&D center in India, to develop new project models and to develop new products to reduce emissions. As a part of Global expansion, we are opening a Business center in Dubai to participate in Global markets. Post-covid19 period, not only left with crisis and also plenty of business opportunities. Understanding well that, clients will opt for low CAPEX projects, we are introducing in the Global Markets low cost project models for executing complete cement plant and Grinding plant projects. Using our expertise of three decades, we develop cost effective and Environmental friendly solutions to clients in International market.
Answer: To ensure success, We have to join the Race of innovation and Win. No one ever remembers who came second – not even the second man to climb Everest or Walk on the moon. Result of any initiative, does not happen overnight or by Accident. Nor does the development ever stop once the process begun. In order to achieve this, a modern infrastructure is not enough. We must have the vision and flexibility to embrace change, to continuously adapt and to improve our commitment to service.
